Like hair extensions, eyelash extensions are a cosmetic process whereby synthetic or real hair are applied to your natural lashes to create a fuller, longer look. Currently in Australia, application of eyelash extensions is not regulated because the eyelash extensions are applied to the natural eyelash hairs and do not touch the skin. How to maintain longer lasting eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are easy to maintain.  To maintain the fuller look and extend the life of your eyelash extensions, follow these easy care instructions: 

• do not use oil-based mascara, cream or cleansers around or on the eyelash extensions.  This will dissolve the bonding agent and will remove the eyelash extensions 
•  do not wash eyes or shower for 24 hours after lash application
• do not swim or spa for 48 hours after lash application to allow adequate time for bonding
• be gentle with your lashes
• avoid rubbing your eyes
• do not use lash curlers
• remove eye makeup gently with water-based remover only

We recommend getting a touch up or refill every two to four weeks.
